Before Confirming a Custom Photo Order

1. Photo size/resolution

Do not upload small resolution photos as they might come out blurry after printing. Recommended size for 2.25" photo magnets are at least 600x600 pixels.

Please do not forget to crop your photos. Try to keep all essential body parts (i.e heads & arms) and logos at least 0.25” from the edge of the previewed crop.

2. Photo brightness

You can edit your photos with special filters on your phone or computer prior to uploading them. Computer or smartphone screens often distort images. Actual print may seem darker due to your phone screen brightness or your monitor settings.

3. Delivery address and Email address

Please double check the address you entered before placing your order. Orders will not be refunded for customer's delivery address error.
