1. Photo size/resolution

Please do not forget to crop your photos. Try to keep all essential body parts (i.e heads & arms) and logos at least 0.25” from the edge of the previewed crop.

Do not upload small resolution photos as they might come out blurry after printing. Recommended size for 2.25" photo magnets are at least 600x600 pixels.

2. Photo brightness

You can edit your photos with special filters on your phone or computer prior to uploading them. Computer or smartphone screens often distort images. Actual print may seem darker due to your phone screen brightness or your monitor settings.

3. Delivery address and Email address

Please double check the address you entered before placing your order. Orders will not be refunded for customer's delivery address error.

The products you receive may look slightly different from the pictures because they are 100% handmade to order.

Handmade items can have small imperfections. We do our best, but there may be inconsistencies. Our products are made at home in small batches, with genuine care and love. These handmade products might show minor flaws, which are normal in the crafting process. These imperfections do not affect the quality or function of the product.

Colors may also look different from what you see on screens or in photos because of lighting, display settings, and personal viewing differences. We try hard to show our products accurately, but slight color differences can happen.
